Responsibilities included: primarily interface and liason to customer in working through issues with the support of NOC and Technical Support based out of SJ, support onsite activities including software/patch upgrade, and application deployment, support and maintain ActiveVideo NetworksÕ Media Farm equipment at the 3 headends.
